1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using VibeGuard, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
2. The service
VibeGuard scans codebases for common and high-risk security issues and offers AI-assisted audits and proposed fixes. Free scans run static analysis. Paid audits use a frontier large language model under VibeGuard's own controls and may produce security-fix pull requests for GitHub-connected projects.
3. Authorized use
You may only scan code you own or are explicitly authorized to review. You must confirm this authorization for every scan and every pull request VibeGuard prepares. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any code you submit.
4. Prohibited use
- Scanning code without authorization from the owner.
- Reverse engineering or circumventing the platform's safety controls.
- Using VibeGuard to plan attacks, generate exploits, or target third parties.
- Submitting malicious archives, zip bombs, or attempts to abuse rate limits.
5. Payments
Pricing is dynamic and shown to you before payment. The price you accept is the price you pay — there are no surprise fees for fixes or pull requests included in your tier.
Payments are processed by PayPal. VibeGuard is the seller of record for your audit; PayPal handles the payment transaction and provides your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to PayPal's buyer terms.
6. Refunds and credits
Refund and credit handling is described in detail on the refund policy page. In short: completed reports are generally non-refundable; failed technical processing may receive a credit or refund; manifest mismatch after payment means we do not run the audit and our team reviews your payment for credit or refund.
7. No warranty
VibeGuard provides automated and AI-assisted security review. We do not guarantee that an application is vulnerability-free. Use VibeGuard reports and proposed fixes as input to your judgment, not as a certification.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
